On September 13, 2022, the company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Q'sfix Co., Ltd. and joined the CABC'S Group. Akihiro Nakamura and Takashi Osawa were appointed as the new representatives, and former representative Yasushi Hojo was appointed as chairman of the board.
